windows 7 pro and sleep mode

i searched but did not find what i was looking for. I have this intel motherboard quad core and windows 7 pro. I was having trouble in the past because the computer would not turn on. Its basically the same problem. I turned off hibernation and sleeps after about 45 min.

Problem is when i wake it up i have to wait about 3 or 4 min. Mouse moves but nothing starts like the internet. Wait a few minutes and im up. Whats the problem and how to fix it?

Probably loading stuff from the hard drive. At the time it's taking to come out of sleep why not just shut it down and turn it back on later? Unless that takes even longer

I have because i get impatient. On another note i checked support at microsoft and suggested turn off hybrid sleep mode. haven't tried yet. i will.

If this is desktop, turn all power saving features.
They're pretty much worthless and on a top of it, MS has not be able (so far) to make them work flawlessly.
