Windows 7 problems (weird context menu entry, login trouble)

I have windows 7, and I have few problems that I need help with.

1. In the context menu of any file/folder there is an entry called "removeproperties". It doesn't do anything, but it's annoying, how do I get rid of it.

2. For some reason, the login looks like the classic windows login... instead of a list with available users, I get two text boxes, for username and password. How do I switch it back ?

That's not useful, you can't do that in windows 7.

Now when I say it looks like in windows 2000... it doesn't really look like that, it looks like the normal windows 7 login, but instead of giving me a list of user accounts, it asks me to insert username and password. How can I switch back?

Nevermind, found the problems.

Solved #1 with in Local Security Policy, and #2 with some registry hacking.
