Hi guys can my computer run windows 7 i have this spec

CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo @~1.7GHz
Memory: 1.5GB
Graphics:nVidia GeForce Go 7400 64mb dedicated and 271mb shared total 335mb
Model:Sony Vaio vgn-fe48e
etc

Although your specs are just over the minimum requirements to run Windows 7, to have a smooth ride you'd need a facelift to your computer.
 
Are you guys on crack? His computer is more than enough to run windows 7. To put things into perspective, windows 7 flies on my EEE PC.

So to answer your question, yes, it will run fine. The only thing you could do to make it run its best is to add some more ram, but the amount you have now will suffice.

And for your guys' info windows 7 requires less specs than Vista.

windows 7 is similar to vista, just that microsoft deleted a whole lot of useless data. windows 7 can run on a pentium 3 desktop with 512 RAM.
 
I read a article on cnet.com where they ran it on a computer with 512 MB of memory and they said it ran great.

Hmm... I'm gonna have to try this on a VM... I'd probably load it on my rig, but my DVD drive is so horrid that it can't even write ISOs to DVDs without messing up. :P

As u can see i got Win 7 and i got Triple-boot if u have dual-boot win 7 wont affect it it will just add it self on the boot menager (so cool) and my machive runs it perffect thank u all for the help
