Windows 7 Question

Hi guys, playing around with Windows 7, i don't know what i did, i swear it involved the V key but i could be wrong, however on the main desktop screen, at the very top left a small menu dropped down, with 4 options, tools was one of them, and another was something about windows genuin, Its bugging me to try and work out what i did

Does anyone know?

it's just a shortcut/hot key menu, you can bring it up by pressing the spacebar.
