Ok so i got all money to buy my computer , but before that i want to ask some questions.

1 - My dad bought a Windows 7 comp and its asking me if i want to do a windows backup dvd, so can i use this wondows on my custom pc?

2 - Since my pc its going to be a AMD modo says dual channel and i want a 6gb triple chanel memory, how does this work? Like run all separate or 2 dual and one separate?

3 - Is there really a difference between ddr2 and ddr3 ?(either way i think im going ddr3)

4 - Is there really a difference between 1600mhz and 2000+mhz on ram?

Thank You !

Also anyway I could get a lower costs a bit on components?

comes out to $2000

Triple channel wont work with an amd pc.
The speed of RAM depends on what mother board you use.
Your mother board needs an AM3 socket for your cpu.
You should only go for one hard drive.
RAM with lower timings is faster.
Best ATI video cards are by HIS.
For really good audio get a Creative Xi-Fi Fatal1ty Titanium Proffesional.
Make sure you buy good replacement fans for you pc case to keep nice and chilly. (get a fan for your hard drive aswell).
For your cpu get a Tuniq tower 120 Extreme (cpu fan) with some !X3 thermal Compound.
If you want I can post for you the very best $2000 AMD build.

DDR2 is double data rate 2 and ddr3 is double data rate3
You should either run a 2 2x2gb dual channel kits or just one (The best for AMD is OCZ DDR3 PC3-10666 / 1333 MHz / Enhanced Bandwidth / Reaper HPC Edition / 4GB / Dual Channel http://www.ocztechnology.com/products/memory/ocz_pc3_10666_enhanced_bandwidth_reaper_hpc)
There really isnt any difference for going higher then 1333mhz with ram if you are using AMD. But AMD Is the best if you are OCing wth ATI + AMD

Yea please post the best AMD for around $2000, that would need to include monitor.

Also yea i know i need Am3 socket that mobo has it . Lmk which are the best parts thanks. Also whats better dual channel 2x2 gb or 4gb.

Also should i just wait some months for Nvidia fermi card (ATI pricedrop?). When do new/revolution stuff usually debuts? (for price drops and like conferences not every month). Should i just wait? i have an ok pc, and a 360. But I really want StarCraft II :D

I honestly don't think it's going to be that drastic a price drop at all, the price on the 48xx series barely moved when the 5xxx cards came out.

Also a really dumb question but if you have a 1000w psu it runs liek that all the time or just as components need? like if you have quad-SLI will run closer to 1000w than if you have i video card? considering buying a 1000W psu but dont know if it takes way to much energy.

Every PSU has it's peak efficiencies. The short answer to your question is no, it won't always run at that level. However, if you have a huge power supply that runs at really low loads, it's actually worse than if you were to buy a lower wattage PSU. The reason being is that most power supplies have a "sweet spot" in which they run at their best efficiency of converting power while not losing too much to heat. You want to shoot for a PSU that will definitely be adequate, but that will also be close to about 70 - 75% of your load requirements without going under or too far over. You go under, the PSU and parts of your computer die; go too far over, and your wasting a lot of electricity and money.

Here's a wiki article that goes into a little more detail:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Computer_power_supply#Energy_efficiency

Here's another good link that shows almost every PSU out there first by make, then by model and the corresponding efficiency chart:
