Based on the type of infection I suspect you have, I would like you to run these two scanning programs before we deal with the HJT log.

1. Download Malwarebytes, update it, then run a quick scan.
http://www.malwarebytes.org/

2. In this case, I would highly recommend running SuperAntispyware to check for anything else malicious on your system. Sometimes Malwarebytes misses certain types of infections if they haven't "activated" quite yet. Go get this program, update it, then perform a quick scan.
http://www.superantispyware.com/

3. When finished with both scans, post the Malwarebytes log and a new HJT log. No need to post the SuperAntispyware log, unless you just want to.

NOTE:
Run one program and then the other, not both at the same time. Malwarebytes' scans usually take 5 to 20 minutes. Whereas SuperAntispyware may require over 30 minutes to run. Both will differ on scan times depending on the system size and the number of infections. In addition to that, do not do anything else on the computer while these scans are running.

Hey man thanks for the quick reply should have mentioned this above but i have already run spybot search and destroy fully updated and malware bytes updated aswell i know it got rid of the rogue I just wanted to know if it deleted the registry files to the virus.

Edit: it won't hurt to run them again this time with super anti spyware i will do this and get straight back to you with the HJT log
