I have done a few things to help with info.
I did full scans with avast, malwarebytes,& tdss killer. All showed I am clean.
I disabled all startups, but avast cause it rechecks it when an attepmt to disable it is made.Disabled all non microsoft services. It still will not restart.I have some error, warning,& criticals in the log.I have included a hijack this log in attachments, cause it will not let me save logs.I just went through the startup and services list.Still shows all non microsoft are disabled, except avast. For soe reason it seems adobe acrobat, real player, divx,& sys requirments lab are still opening up on startup. From looking at the hijack this log.

Either do a system restore back to a day everything was working fine or

click on start, in the search bar type sfc /scannow hit enter. make sure the space is there. You might also need the windows 7 dvd in the drive if it finds errors.

It has been doing it for awhile, probably don't have a restore far back enough.
I tried sfc /scannow in the start seach bar.It will close soon as it opens.Way to fast to read anything in it.Should I try the old way, open command and type it?

edit:I went ahead and did it.Had to right click run as admin and its starting.

Sort of..the logging off and shuting down is quick.Screen will shutoff like its about to restart, but still takes awhile(5-7mins).

You may want to use the install cd to repair your system. Boot to the cd and choose the option to repair your system. If that don't work you may need to do a repair reinstall.

If it restarts like normal from safe mode, could it be a driver?Since the onley thing running on normal is avast.Just curious. My chipset,VGA,modem, audio,& wifi are all up to date and run fine I believe.I think sometimes when windows says the device is working properly in the device manager, maybe it isn't.I will probably just go ahead and give the repair system a shot. How long would you say it should take? When I tried it on vista, seemed like it just froze after about 20mins.

It could be a driver or a windows update that is causing the issue. Not sure on the time span though as I've never had to do a repair on windows 7 yet.
