windows 7 video crash

ok so whenever I open a video file and play it on windows default media player my video card seems to shut down and my screen goes black for a second and goes back to normal.

pc specs below in sig. what can fix this problem..ive already tried drivers...

i would suggest a reformat and dont touch the overclocking tool. same thing happened to me and thats how i solved it.
 
Well it suggests its a problem with the GPU, however if it plays the fuile afterwards, I'm not sure... If you could test another video card it might help you to understand whats going on...Apart from that maybe you could see how it acts with a just one monitor attached (my laptop is screwy when it has a monitor attached)
