windows 7 won't boot

hello,

windows 7 won't boot and keeps restarting at the point Starting Windows...
not even in Safe Mode
what i have tried to restore windows 7 but didn't help:
Startup Repair,
boot from installation DVD: Repair your computer>selected Windows 7 and next>opened Command Prompt and tried the following commands: chkdsk /r /f, bootrec /fixboot, bootrec /fixmbr, bootsect /nt60 all, and on this moment running now: chkdsk /b /r

what can i do more to restore Windows 7 Home Premium?
Please help.

If you have tried a chkdsk /r and the rest and they all fail. You should maybe consider testing your hard drive for bad sectors.
 
You could slave the drive to another computer or stick the program on a CD and boot it up and run the test from there. Can you do either of these?
