Windows 7 is the latest version of Windows from Microsoft, which should be released late this year or early next year. It builds off of Windows Vista.

Windows 7 is the newest OS from Microsoft. Currently it is in a BETA version, which could have been downloaded from Microsoft, but about a month ago they discontinued the downloads. The Windows 7 OS looks and feels like Windows Vista, but there are some new security features. I have it installed on my computer at home, and for a BETA it works great!

Windows 7 looks promising, but the 'new features' don't look very impressive to me...I mean touch screens have been done to death.
