hey, does anybody know if people that have the windows 7 RC will get a "thank you" copy of 7 ultimate rtm? i read that microsoft will give out keys tomorrow. this is the article :

I think you have to have a Technet membership, and not just be one of the people that tested the BETA.

I think you have to have a Technet membership, and not just be one of the people that tested the BETA.

You can't just download the RC (which was free to everyone) and expect to get a free copy. Also, if you downloaded the BETA off a torrent... well, then you're not getting a copy.

"Downloads will be available to members of the Technical Beta Program on August 6th."
