Windows 8 and 10

I am surprised that, of the six Microsoft technicians I talked to, none of them were aware of this problem in WIN 10. I tried updating the driver as is suggested in the link questions and answers. I tried updating the driver from the one offered by WIN 10 and the one offered by Epson. Neither approach worked. The printer still isn't printing form email. The final solution offered by two of the techs was to redownload WIN 10. This didn't work either, as the problem is IN WIN 10. I am using the Microsoft email app. I would like to bring this problem to the attention of Microsoft, but how to do that?
Can you print from other applications or is it just Mail? I'm trying to find the option to even print in the Mail app and I can't find it. Can you find it? Do you access it like this? https://support.office.com/en-us/ar...ndows-10-396bbc45-393d-495b-8531-140525b7e4f8 I don't even have those options described in that article.

If you can print from other applications you know it's an issue with the Mail app. I've said sometimes there are issues printing from modern apps like Edge and Mail, I've experienced it first hand. Hopefully they're working on a solution. If you want to provide feedback then you can using the Windows Feedback app which comes with Windows 10.

I'd recommend trying another mail client for the time being, for example Mozilla Thunderbird (free) or Microsoft Outlook if you have Office.

I've done this. The glitch is with the WIN 10 software. Microsoft forgot to make it possible to print from their email app.

Thats not true!!! I just printed an email using the email app on windows 10. I had to let the actual email download(sync) to be able to print it though. Can you post images exactly what you are tying to do?

What were you using before to read emails? Why not just use that.

If you have Office then just use Outlook, else try Mozilla Thunderbird.

Just had to say Baha ha ha. That's like saying after you step in doggie do. Your way better off after you sit down and scrap it off with a stick.
Huh? Are you implying that Windows 8.1 is not better than Windows 8? 8.1 is rock solid, just like 7.

8.1 is 8 with all the scrap scraped off with a stick. Would have 7 any day. I'm a old 2000 and 7 fan. I put 8/8.1 in with Vista/ME. But I have been running 10 pro and actually like it.

People bitch about 8 and 8.1. Just freaking install classicshell and be done with it. Works just like 7.

I am trying to print out two invoices from Newegg.com. The WIN 10 email app won't print for me. I have switched to gmail.com, my old email account.

I'm trying to thank WhoX for the tip on downloading WIN10 to DVD but he is long gone.

Thanks to his long gone timely tip, I saved about $116 , which I otherwise would have spent on a copy of WIN10.
