anybody have a copy of the windows8-releasepreview-32bit-english.iso file?

im trying to create a bootable usb drive, the only computer i have access to right now is running vista, so the microsoft website doesnt seem to let me download it using vista

is it possible to create a windows 8 repair/recovery cd without using the windows 8 OS?

Yes, the full ISO is also a recovery disk.
