Windows 8 setup through USB on netbook

Hey guys, I'm having trouble getting my Windows 8 install to work on my netbook. I'm doing it through a flashdrive, it is set up to be bootable, how do I go about writing the ISO onto the drive?

It's showing up as an iso Archive in the folder and is giving me the option to use 7zip to unzip it onto my flash drive?

Does this sound right?
 
Once your USB drive is bootable, then you copy the files from the Win 8 ISO, not he ISO itself, onto the USB drive.
 
do you guys have any idea where to even start on drivers for this?

I really need the video driver as this resolution is horrible. Only hard part is it was came with Windows XP originally.
