Windows 8: Taskbar in Metro

Does anyone know if there is a program that would put a taskbar into Metro? I haven't a problem with the interface other than how difficult it is to multitask.

I know I can alt-tab and navigate that way, but it would still be nice to have something at the bottom.

If you move your mouse pointer to the upper left corner then you can see all of the currently running apps and switch between them or even close them.
