Windows 98 Help

i have a old laptop for things it is windows 98 i am running winzip on it to do some backups it is winzip 11.1 <------- that is the version every time i try to install it it says A device attached to the system is not funtioning. but in device manger there is nothing with a yellow question mark any ideas?

You need an earlier version of WinZip. Version 11.x is compatible only with XP, 2000, and Vista: http://www.winzip.com/prodpagewz.htm

Try here for an older version. I used to use v.8 on my Win95 system: http://www.oldversion.com/program.php?n=winzip
