Hey all, I have a problem I've never heard of.
My mom has a laptop which is now not working right.
She called me one day freaking out because her files were all gone on her desktop. I told her to calm down, and the next day I took a look at it. It seems that when she logs into her account, instead of going to the folder in /Users or whereever her folder is, its created a folder called TEMP and that's where everything loads from. I did verify, and in the same location as the TEMP folder is her administrator folder (that's the title of her account).
So my question is, how do I get her account to re-associate with that folder instead of temp?
(And does anyone know why this occured?)
