windows and dual hdds

i have 2 hdds, one has windows and one has linux on it, the one with linux on it is a wd and it doesnt show up in windows and the one with windows on it shows up just fine in linux so how do i fix this?

What filesystem is your linux drive using? Windows doesn't have native support for linux FSes

what program... or trick do i need to use to get it to show me the contents of the drive

Assuming you are using ext2 or ext3 you can use this driver http://www.fs-driver.org/
