Windows Bootup Failure?

HELLO

my name is fredrik magnusson and i have this problem with my computer...
when i sat down one morning to start the computer..it at first goes nomaly, but when it comes as far as it says " Welcome" it shutts down and reeboots...and simply wont log onto windows...whats wrong i would be really grateful for any kind of help as soon as possible.

i have alre3ady tested that...but not even safe mode will start.it just reebots as soon as the blue welcome screen shows.

i had the same problem when i was using a driver for my video card
the problem with gone when i used another version of the driver.

but in your case you can't even log into safe mode.
 
i doubt it has something to do with the windows install
and if it is you should just boot from Windows XP CD and do a little repair
