Windows can not shutdown.

Hello.

Everyone tell me what is trouble?
My computer could not shutdown in recently. when I shutdown my PC desktop screen kept the warning situation "Windows Shutdowning"

Navigate to control panel in Category View, click "Review Your Computers Status" under System and Security. On the left side of the screen, click the link that says "View Performance Information. Next, click "Advanced Tools" and under "Performance Issues" should be your problem.

It will probably say something along the lines of "A program is interfering with Windows shutting down."

Open notepad and write:

shutdown.exe -s -f -t 0

Save it as SHUTDOWN.BAT.
Run that file and see if the computer shuts down.
