Still waiting on the results of the new combofix scan with my script. Your issue seems to be because of you downloading illegal/pirated software. If you continue to do this you will just reinfect your system. If you want to continue cleaning let me know. If not, its in your best interest to back up your personal data (no illiegal/pirated software) and reinstall windows fresh.

I agree with johnb35.Reinstalling Windows is your easiest and fastest way to solve this problem.

You can always scan that HDD as an external HDD on a clean computer with a very good antivirus that has good access protection,but if you don't have 2 computers then that is not an option.
