Is it possible to create custom configurations within windows that you can switch between that allow you to use custom settings? eg Only run system and local services programs so that i can maximise performance during gaming.
Hmm...it definitely possible, just change your profile configuration. In WindowsXP, just go to System Properties, go to Hardware and make your own Hardware Profile
