Windows crashes while loading...

So I was trying to remove some malware by booting into safemode. Now when I try to boot into safe mode, it lists all these files (I'm stupid and have never booted into safe mode before so I dont know if thats what its suposed to do...), then restarts without doing anything. So when I got back into windows I set it to reboot from msconfig (checking safemode on the BOOT.INI tab). So it restarts, and this time the normal loading bar comes up, but after about one second a BSoD flashes for a fraction of a second and it reboots. It does this everytime. Any help on solving this would be apreciated :o

I'm not currently overclocked, everythings stock.

Yes it is supposed to list a whole bunch of files and then you wait for it to load up to log in but it shouldn't restart without you doing anything....

Ok, I guess I have two problems then, I cant use safe mode and now I cant even boot into windows normaly. By the way I never had a chance t uncheck safe mode so is it still trying to boot into it?

Yeah, F8, but then it wouldnt do anything, so I did it the other way and now windows wont load normaly either (because of a BSoD :( )

I didn't know that I have't built a computer yet. Hey good luck 34erd. (I did bring up the subject of the cd though so I helped kinda:)

Well... It still crashes while loading... it lasts a bit longer this time, but it still crashes. Should I reformat it :o

I hope this isnt a hardware issue...
