Windows crashes

Hello fellas, lately my computer crashes with the following error:

"Windows has encountered a problem communicating with a device connected to your computer.

This error can be caused by unplugging a removable storage device such as an external USB drive while the device is in use, or by faulty hardware such as a hard drive or CD-ROM drive that is failing. Make sure any removable storage is properly connected and then restart your computer.

If you continue to receive this error message, contact the hardware manufacturer.

Status: Oxc00000e9

Info: An unexpected I/O error has occurred."

I have re-installed Windows Vista, 7 and 8 and they all gave me this error within an hour of installation. Right now I have my SSD hard drive in another computer and so far did not get the problem so I am sure it is not my hard drive. I posted in hard drive section due to the error I am getting. I have switched the cable connecting my SSD to mobo and that did not help. Could it be my motherboard or something in BIOS? Thanks in advance.

If all these operating systems are throwing the exact same error, it's because of a faulty USB port/ improper settings in BIOS., not because the OS is bad.
First thing to try, unplug ALL your USB devices and use the computer for a while. Let us know if that temporarily solves the problem.
