Windows doesn't have access. You may not have access rights

Can anyone help with this? I have xp. I don't know how I managed to do this, but i have blocked access to anything. It says "Windows doesn't have access to control panel, or windows media player, or desktop settings. "You may not have access rights". For everything basically. Every program except superantispyware. It doesn't allow me to enter even Zone Alarm, first I thought I did there something. I tried the safe mode but I'm blocked there too.I tried administrator mode, but I'm blocked there as well. ...thanks
 
If you can, go into system tools and try to access the system restore tool. This tool allows you to set your PC back to the settings it had on a previous date. Try setting it to a few days before you were getting these blocking messages.
