I have problem which i'm not really sure where to post.
My PC running on winXP Prof SP1. i have 1 SATA Hard Drive, 1 IDE Hard Drive and two optical drive (CD burner and DVD drive).
recently an error happens whenever (almost always) i insert a cd or dvd to my optical drive. a blue screen comes out with lots of messages and memory addresses. The message says something about "IRQ_SAME_NOT_EQUAL" and then start dumping the physical memory to virtual memory. I cannot do anything during this process, when it finished (it may take 50-200 seconds) then it just stop and halted. There's only one thing left to do, Press the reset button
Has any of you experience this before? Probably someone can help me or at least tell me what exactly happen cause I'm not a tech wiz..^_^
Thanks a million for all your reply...
btw, very sorry if i post in the wrong section.
