windows error

everytime i go to enable internet on my comp it crashes
so i cant get on the internet
i havent changed anything lately so idk whats wrong
i have windows xp

What exactly do you mean by "enable" the internet.

Also can you run me an IP config on the command prompt.
Goto START -> RUN then type "cmd"

After that can you type "ipconfig/all" and tell me all the details you get

I think he means enabling his network in network connections.

Sounds like malware, so boot into safe mode and scan with everything you have.
