Windows Explorer Occasionally Crashing

I am looking at a laptop (a Toshiba Satellite A665) where the Windows Explorer will occasionally crash. It does not happen often. In the several hours I have looked at it I have only seen it happen twice.

I looked in Event Viewer and found this error code:

I ran a complete Malwarebytes scan with using the latest definitions and the system is clean. I also ran "sfc /scannow" and it did not find any integrity violations in the Windows 7 64-bit operating system. Any ideas?

I am going to run a "chkdsk /f /r" scan and post the results of this.

After checkdisk was ran it found no errors. The hard drive appears to be okay. Any ideas?

I gave the laptop back to my brother who is going to be deployed in the military. He wanted it so he could talk to his wife by webcam. I no longer have the laptop in my possession so you can count this thread as resolved and closed. Hopefully his Windows Explorer will not crash and give him problems.
