windows explorer perm-acrash

so i was playing skyrim. game randomely crashes, and my computer restarts, when it loads back up. it says windows explorer has crashed, and it just stays crashed, ive tried restarting my computer and nothing works, it just loads up and gets to the desktop and says it crashed and nothing works.

i had nothing running, just skyrim. also its windows 7.
even in safe mode it just says it crashed

It has to give you some information on whats going on? Look in event viewer for details.
 
alright ive got the event viewer open now what am i supposed to look at? ive got all kinds of errors on here.

the only ones i can tell might be important are the ones that have time stamps from today and yesterday, they say they are disk errors

"The device, \Device\Harddisk2\DR2, has a bad block."

thats all it says.

please dont tell me i have to reformat lol
 
as well i also seem to be able to get full use out of my computer for about 5 seconds before explorer crashes and it asks to restart explorer, and once i click to restart explorer it gives me another 5 seconds of use before it crashes and asks again, within that few seconds if i manage to get a program open the program works fine, but i also have no audio, and it looks like as soon as my soud device icon pops up in the bottom right hand side of the start bar is right when it crashes
 
some 250gb drive i took out of my old computer, i was actually thinking of buying a new hdd anyway since my other 1tb is full
