windows explorer show 3 of all folders

When I open Explorer it shows 3 of everything like 3 download folders, 3 document folders, 3 photo folders, and etc. I have never seen this in all my 38 years of playing with computers.

Delete the ones that are empty. It sometimes happens when I setup new systems for clients and move the location of those folders to a different drive.

It shows all the same files in each of the folders. I had similar problem years ago I think with Win7 and when I deleted one of the folders, the duplicates also deleted. Luckily I had a backup and only lost a few files.

So I really don't want to delete anything unless I backup if I can

What are the file paths for each? Maybe one drive and google drive are in play here. If you don't use them, just transfer everything into your normal user folder

they were all identical so I don't understand how you can have 3 of the same named folders in the same directory.

Anyway it stoped after 3 reboots and I still don't know what caused it.
