God damn windows, theres always a problem of some description isnt there...

When i go into windows explorer or hit WindowsKey + E to get into it it displays itself as in the picture below, it just started doing it one day when i turned on and went into it, i havent installed any service packs and havent installed any new software, ive scanned for malware and virus scanned. I did a system restore to a few days before the first time i noticed it but that didnt help at all.

Anyone got any ideas wht this is all about, ive also tried right clicking everywhere in the window to get any type of view options up but there arent any cos all of the bars have gone...

cheers, i went into fullscreen, nothing changed, came out and the buttons were all there but not in the right order and stuff, and the STANDARD BUTTONS werent there but now i had at least one toolbar to be able to right click on, so thanks
