Windows Font Colours

How do I change the colour of the circled green font?
My OS is windows xp home sp2 and Im using the classic xp high contrast white theme. The green font is part of the theme and I cannot change it through properties>appearance>advanced because its not the 1st or 2nd font colour.

Are U Running A Custom Theme By Anychance

Do you have Tweak UI installed?
If "yes", try changing the colors for your "Hot Tracking" items. I had this very same problem and that's how I fixed it.
