I try to boot into either Windows 7 or Windows Vista and both stop on either of those in the question it even fails when using install/recovery disks with or without the hdd connected and I've tried to clear the nvram/bios and various things to no avail. I also tried booting into linux it failed on that too i tried taking out any unnecessary devices with the same result. I've followed many forums but most say use a recovery disk which obviously i cannot do. I've tried many different ways to get it on but it's just being a ***** :l So forums i need yoo D:

I forgot to say i've tried many HDD's and with or without them the same problem occurs so it's not the hdds unless all of them are shite o.O

Also i cannot do a re-install of either and i've also tried to install xp but it also fails

Sounds like your memory could be bad. Download and make a memtest bootable cd and run it for a few hours to test your ram.
