As the title says, my computer freezes every time i try to shutdown, has been like this for months but didn't care, put on hybernate so it didn't matter anyways, but i want to mess around with ubuntu so got wubi and needs a clean shutdown to install properly so idk what'll happen if i try it lke this, and already have done numerous defrags and error checks andvirus scans and other things, but i noticed that when shutting off the hdd stopd then instant freeze, both the cpu and hdd lights on the front of case stop but the screen still shows the shutting down stuff.
