windows genuine advantage

so what do you think of the program to check if you are using a real copy of the os? i googled about it and some say someone already has a workaround for it.

Genuine Advantage is to keep people that have non legally purchased copies from getting updates. But microsoft in thier great wisdom has made it to be turned off without hacking.
