Every time I reboot my computer Windows installer starts and runs saying preparing to install. After doing this for a few minutes it says it has stopped working and starts trying again. It may have something to do with my Windows Office package. I purchased it through the internet with my company. Everything was ok with it for about 2 months. Now whenever I try to open anything under Office it goes to the install manager. Where could I start looking to resolve this issue? Thanks
 
This usually happens when you get a certain infection. Usually the only way to solve this is to reinstall the application.
 
OK, I tried uninstalling the office software but no luck. I go to uninstall program and once I choose microsoft office and click uninstall my computer won't do anything. No matter how long I wait nothing happens. I choose it again and click uninstall and I get an error message stating "Please wait until program is finished uninstalling or changing." I just want to get it off my computer. What is another route to uninstall it?
