windows live account... can I share games?

My buddy finished bioshock 2 and wants to send it over but he mentioned he had to install that annoying windows live program...

will I be able to install the same game with the same cd key? or is it only restricted to one user?

Not sure about that,But to the OP....be aware that each time you install a GFWL game you eat up an activation count...after so many activations they block your cd-key. (I think its 10 activations).

You can, I've lent GoW, Halo and Fallout 3 to friends before, all of which use GFWL and all of which works when I installed on my computer using my gamertag, and when they installed it using theirs.

you are spot on about the activation numbers though, I'm not sure on the actual number though, I think it is either higher, or non-existant on older games though, GoW I have used the key no less than 15 times and it still works fine no problems, but I know that most others have I think 10 also and then they run out
