Windows log-in info lost & forgotten on home computer. How to reset or recover?

My Windows log in info has been lost. Is there any way I can by pass, recover or reset login information?

Which program is it? I clicked on link you provided, but there are lots of programs to download there. Which do you recommend?

Nucleus Data Recovery is the one freeware found on page #2 http://www.freedownloadmanager.org/downloads/free/login_password_info/index2.htm that would be the one to try out. As soon as you click on the web address the option to open or save to the hard drive somewhere comes right up from the download link.
