windows media player 11

Using XP Pro . this operating system is 32 bit. i upgraded to ver 11 and received an email wma file. i only get sound but no video. i ran it with irfanview and get both. ive tried looking for codecs and thought i installed.
still don't work. any suggestions?

Other wma files work just fine. won't play all.

UHM try deleting Window player 11 and reinstalling it that may work

tried that 1st. to me it seems i might be using the wrong codec's.

Try the divx codecs. www.divx.com always worked for me.

thanks ive used in the past and have it installed. it worked also along with irfanview. it just urks me this one would not play with windows media player.
OK.........i'll let it go.
