Windows Media Player

I have a problem viewing the correct aspect of files in windows media player 10 - can anyone help?

When I try to watch certain mpeg files I find that the picture is too thin and needs to be stretched somehow. I don't know how to do this - is this even possible with wmp10?

Thankfully I've also got "WinDVD" installed which does play these files correctly but I find Media Player easier to use - for instance when I'm in the folder where my videos are stored, I just click on "play all" and I can view the videos immediately, whereas if I set winDVD as the default player for mpeg files and then click on 2play all2, it only plays the first video and not the rest>

Any advice greatly appreciated!

are you asking how to make the screen bigger? you can either make it full screen, or you can minimize it, but make it as big as possible, put you mouse on the edge of the window until your mouse turns into the double arrow and click and it will automatically become bigger. hope that helps with what your asking.

Yea mine does the same thing too. I don't really care about cause I use realplayer all the way. Its better than window's media player 10.

Edit: Also it is good to use too.

thanks blahxyzblah - i know how to make the screen bigger but not how to change the aspect. My understanding is that you can't actually do this with WMP so I give up.

Does anyone know why when I select a collection of videos, right click and open with WinDVD, WinDVD only plays the first video and not the rest?

Many thanks
