WIndows 10 Windows notification keeps popping up

This occurs to my friend's Windows 10 desktop machine.

About a month ago, the Notification panel on the left would come in and out randomly and repeatedly. When this occurs, the notification becomes the active panel so when you were typing in your other application, like entering a url link, it would be interrupted.

I went into System>Notification and turned off everything. But it is still happening?

Is this a virus issue, or Windows issue, and how do I fix it?

I would hazard a guess they're simply bumping the Win + A key combination and bringing it up by mistake.

Could be a defective keyboard. Maybe try disabling the Windows key as a test.

When I tested it, I boot it up and loaded the browser and watched. The random in and out occur without touching any key.

I did some more testing. It turned out to be an defective keyboard.
