Windows on two hard drive removal

ok, so i have an one hard drive (C:\) and this is blank but formatted,

D has all of important data, and dont want affected by deletion.

there a way of removing the os from D.

You want to move the OS from D to C and leave it intact? I dont think thats going to happen. I would backup and start over.
 
basically i have two operating system, but i want the os on my c: kept and the data on d: kept asell, but without the OS

how do i remove the two operating systems from bootup. i installed an os on the blank drive and i still come up with the selection at boot up
 
delete the windows folder on the drive you dont want anymore? plus you can edit the boot.ini under msconfig
