Windows Playlist in Linux Help Create

I have a mp3 player that will not let me orgainize music into folders, I must create playlists with windows media player. Does anyone know how I can go about doing this in Linux, thanks for any help.
 
Will the device let you organize the files into folders? Read the instruction manual or go online. Or - try this. Linux, like most OSes see the device as a removable drive, so left click and choose New Folder. Drag the music to the folder. Repeat.

If it's not letting you do this, then it must be enabled read only under Windows, this is only for the premium models. Disable it.
