Consider replacing your motherboard battery (CMOS battery) which is found in every hardware store or watch repairer; and

Update your motherboard BIOS. Version 0802 is the latest.

If that doesn't help, when is the last time you reinstalled Windows? Also on that note, do you have a backup routine?

Essentially this could be many things, but ensuring the BIOS is up to date and powered would be where i'd start as its cheap and quick.

If that doesn't fix it, come back and lets us know and we can go from there. Also let us know if it does work ;)

Hey, thanks for the reply and i have replaced the battery and got the latest bios :/ also i installed windows 7 yesterday x/ any more ideas?

Download BlueScreenView
No installation required.
Unzip downloaded file and double click on BlueScreenView.exe file to run the program.
When scanning is done, go Edit>Select All.
Go File>Save Selected Items, and save the report as BSOD.txt.
Open BSOD.txt in Notepad, copy all content, and paste it into your next reply.

Your blue screens are caused by your video card. Update the drivers and see if they stop.

Try an older set of drivers then. Were you downloading the drivers off the nvidia site or using the ones off the cd?

Ok. Do these two things.

First,

  1. Click the Start Button Search type cmd
  2. Right click on cmd and Run as Administrator
  3. In the command box, type (with the space) sfc /scannow
  4. Hit enter
  5. Let it finish.

Second

  1. Download but don't yet install the latest nvidia driver.
  2. Download DriverSweeper and install it.
  3. Uninstall nvidia / ati drivers from the standard Uninstall Programs in Control Panel
  4. Restart

    then

  5. Run DriverSweeper and select all NVidia and AMD check boxes.
  6. Clean and restart.
  7. Install the downloaded nvidia driver.
  8. Restart
