Windows Restore Dates

Hi:
How does someone (me) delete all the windows restore dates on the system and start new? I got them turned off now.

you could do if your sure your system clean and running smooth at the moment

Search for Disk Cleaner in the Windows Start Menu and in the second tab choose to clear all but the most recent restore point.
