Windows security dialog

Hey guys, my computer started to random use the Windows Security Dialog today, so when i press ctrl alt delete, instead of going directly to the task manager, i get this...

How do i get it back to the way it use to be?

Go into the control panel, then in the users section, enable fast user switching so you don't see that dialog box.
