windows setup HELP!!!!!!

hello all!

Ok when I boot up my pc this comes up:

boot from cd: nvidia 249.0582
copyright 2001-2005 nvidia corporation
copyright 1997-2000 Intel corporation
PXE-E61: Media Test Failure, check cable

PXE-MOFi Exiting Nvidia boot agent
Disk boot failure, insert system disk and press enter...

what shud I do? other people reccomended to unplug the power for 5 min and take all usb cables out..did that the first time..worked then pc froze about an hr after...then I try and restart and same thing happens....media test failure....suggestions please

try clearing cmos. takes a few seconds but this issue can be solved at least 50 percent of the time with this easy fix.

pull the power. pull the cmos (watch battery on mobo) wait a few minutes, and try again.
