the windows logo you see when you boot up your computer doesnt show the word 'professional' even if you are using xp pro. When i first formatted it the word is still there but after installing other applications and softwares it's not there anymore. anyone knows?
 
Windows XP shows the name "Professional" or "Home" if the OS was made before SP2. If you installed SP2 later on, it gets rid of the Professional name.
