hey, im running windows XP pro SP2 and this unusual thing occurred to me when i opened up task manager to check the CPU USAGE, there isnt any graph and there isnt any related computer information displaying, everything is just blank. The refresh speed is set to normal; i've even tried fast but nothing seems to be happening. This is the first time it has occurred and it has been going on.

To display the graph, i had to hold F5 so it kept refreshing.
i've hosted a picture below, the right hand window is the windows task manager, it doesnt show any info and the left hand one is a task manager run by a different program.

thankyou

that's really really wierd, you could try a system restore to a date you knew it works. i really havn't heard of anything like that.

maybe the tuneup program has taken over the job of task manager try uninstalling it and see if that helps

no, i have tune up utilities and i just ran both task manager and tun up process manager at the same time and both graphs worked so thats not it

Nope, the speed is set to normal, i've tried high, but that doesnt help. And also why have the tabs on the task manager gone white? other applications also have white tabs instead of the normal grey skin.
