Windows Update

I have 2.1 gig computer that will not install windows updates, there are at least 90 updates that are waiting to install.. I also have a older woman down the street with the same problem, what can be done about this..

You will have to look any firewalls inplace or other protections that would block the regualr MS updates. Also the Windows GWA(Genuine Windows Advantage) tool has to verify Windows prior to being able to see any updates go on once Windows has been activated.
